How to calculate Minecraft stacks
Divide the total number of items by the selected stack size. The whole-number result is the number of full stacks, and the remainder is the number of loose items.
Leftover items: items mod stack size
Occupied slots: ceiling(items ÷ stack size)
Storage calculations
A shulker box or single chest contains 27 slots. A double chest contains 54 slots. This tool rounds container counts upward so the result includes enough capacity for all entered items.
Example
Ten thousand items with a stack size of 64 require 156 full stacks plus 16 items. They occupy 157 slots, requiring six shulker boxes or three double chests.
